Microneedling

What is Microneedling?

Microneedling is the insertion of very fine short needles into the skin for the purpose of rejuvenation. These very fine needles create tiny punctures in the skin to help stimulate collagen production, improve skin texture, and reduce wrinkles, acne scars, and hyperpigmentation. It's also known as collagen induction therapy.

During a 30-60 min session, needles will go to a depth of about 0.25mm to 1.5mm depending on your skin type and concerns. Hyaluronic acid and plant based serums will also be applied onto the skin depending on what your skin goals are. Microneedling is recommended 1x month and full benefits are generally seen about two weeks after treatment.

What is Nanoneedling?

Nanoneedling uses microscopic, hair-like needles to penetrate the top layer of skin, called the epidermis, by separating cells and allowing active ingredients to be delivered. The needles used in this procedure typically only reach the upper 0.15mm of the skin.

Benefits of this treatment include reduced pigmentation, improved skin cell turnover, rejuvenation, and immediate improvement in the skin's appearance with no recovery time.

This 30 minute treatment can be done on a weekly basis as an exfoliating treatment and is typically used for more sensitive areas and/or skin.
